Ticket Scanning And Check In
Some customers may want to take advantage of our ticket scanning functionality, which allows you to verify that the ticket is both valid and has not been previously scanned.
Each ticket contains a unique barcode, which can be scanned upon entry to the event (see below). Tickets cann be scanned one of two ways:
- Our mobile app, available for both Apple and Android devices, in conjunction with a Bluetooth enabled scanner (available for about $200).
- A desktop or laptop station connected to a standard USB scanner (available for about $100).
Upon scanning the barcode, you will receive a response which indicates whether it is a successful scan, and information about any previous scans if applicable.
